Bellevue Reservation Trails Project

Under a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Bob Decelle is leading this project to build a boardwalk in the Bellevue Reservation of Andover.  This project started in April 2018 and is scheduled to finish by the end of 2019.
